Here at Dust zine we value your online saftey - We will NEVER share or distribute your personal information. After your zine is dispatched, your information is archived for 4 weeks in case of any shipping issues, after which it is deleted from our systems. 

Be aware that your payments made through either stripe or paypal will fall under their terms and conditions, so please read through those carefully if you would like full transaprency from them!

REFUNDS and EXCHANGES

You have 35 days after dispatchment to let us know of any complaints you may have:

Please let us know of your proof of purchase and what your issue is, and we'll sort out a refund or replacement in the case of damaged goods.

We cannot take responsibility for lost mail!! (haven't lost any thus far...)
